Three focused pieces of product work at Moveo, each solving one clear problem: a conversation list that shows more at a glance, an upgrade prompt that meets you at the limit, and a way out for users whose plan has expired.

A conversation list that shows more at a glance

The old list made you open a conversation to learn the basics. In the redesign each row surfaces what you need up front, and hovering reveals the channel it came in on and who it's assigned to, so you can triage without clicking in.

An upgrade prompt that meets you at the limit

Instead of a generic pricing page, the popup appears the moment you hit a cap, names the exact limit you reached, and marks your current plan, so the next step is framed against what you already have.

The Context tab lets a tester switch the agent’s knowledge and each guideline, Goal, Custom instructions, Handling objections, on or off. That isolates one variable at a time, so a behavior change can be traced to a single cause instead of a guess across three.

A way out when the plan has expired

When a plan expires, a non-admin user is stuck and can't fix it. Rather than leave them at a dead end, a popover hands them a one-click, pre-filled email to their administrator that they can edit before sending.

I weighed two simpler options first: a fixed block of text to copy and send through any channel, which put all the work back on the user with no guarantee it reached the right person; and a plain Notify button with no editable message, which was the lowest effort but too rigid to add any context. The editable pre-filled email lands in between, as quick as the button and as flexible as the copy-and-paste, and it goes straight to the person who can renew the plan.
